Medicine prices
Medicine Prices You Can See Before You Pay.
Each partner pharmacy publishes a price board: supplier cost per unit, one fixed fee, and the number of approved sources.
How a price is worked out
Price = (cost per unit × quantity) + one fixed pharmacy fee.
Illustration only: if a pharmacy pays $0.03 per tablet and its fee is $5.00, thirty tablets cost 30 × $0.03 + $5.00 = $5.90. Real prices depend on the medicine, the supplier and the pharmacy’s published fee.
Where a medicine has only one approved source, the board says so.
When will prices be available?
The price board goes live with our first licensed partner pharmacy. If your clinic works with AB2BC Healthcare, your care team will share the link. Prices on the board are for medicines dispensed by that pharmacy; insurance is not included.
Fair medicine prices, from people licensed to dispense them
AB2BC is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medicines. Medicines are dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies under their own licences; a prescription is required where the law requires one. Not medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.
