How It Works

Position. Command. Prove.

AB2U Locate is AB2BC’s robot-operations layer on top of AB2U positioning. An agent takes a plain-language request — “inspect zone B and report back” — checks it against site policy, dispatches the mission, and streams progress into your chat as the robot moves. The premises’ positioning, not the robot’s own odometry, decides when a waypoint is truly reached — and the finished job files a signed evidence report a skeptic could audit.

Position

Centimeter-grade tracking of every robot from the premises’ own anchors — the single source of truth for every mission.

Command

Policy-gated dispatch with per-robot capability allowlists, rate limits and geofences. A forbidden request is refused before a motor turns.

Prove

Progress messages during the run; a signed report at the end — waypoints, timings, distance walked, incidents, and the evidence reference.

Safety, Three Layers Deep

A policy gate refuses what should never run. A network watchdog parks any robot whose link goes silent — within seconds, on the robot itself, so a pulled cable means a parked robot, never a blind one. And the geofence is enforced twice: at the dispatcher and again on board. In testing, simulated robots are commanded, cable-cut, battery-starved and geofence-challenged thousands of times, so real machines never have to improvise.

AB2U Locate is accessed through your AB2BC account. Set up your Red Envelope wallet first, then open the member portal.
