Terms of Service
Effective 10 September 2026. These terms govern your use of the Red Envelope wallet app, the AB2U Locate app and the AB2BC web portals (“the Apps”) provided by AB2BC LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Apps you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the device you sign in from, for the sign-in provider account you use, and for every action taken from your account. Keep your device and recovery details safe; we cannot restore a wallet whose keys are lost.
2. The wallet is self-custodial
Red Envelope derives your wallet from your sign-in identity and keeps the signing keys on your device. We never hold your keys and cannot move, freeze or recover your assets. Transactions you sign are final once recorded on the network. Digital assets carry risk, including total loss; nothing in the Apps is investment, legal or tax advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Apps for anything unlawful, to infringe others’ rights, to interfere with the networks or other users, to launder money or evade sanctions, or in any jurisdiction where the Apps are not permitted. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
4. Availability and changes
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Blockchain networks operate independently of us and may be halted, congested or forked; we are not responsible for their availability.
5. Fees and third parties
Network fees are set by the respective networks. Sign-in providers, payment processors and other third-party services are governed by their own terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Apps, their content and trademarks (including AB2BC, AB2U and Red Envelope) are ours or our licensors’. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Apps as intended.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Apps is limited to USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of assets, data or profits.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time (see the data deletion instructions). Sections 2, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
