Is AB2BC a doctor's office?

No. AB2BC provides software and care-team services to licensed medical practices. Your practice remains your healthcare provider.

How do I join as a patient?

Your practice gives you a code. Open home monitoring, enter the code and the state you live in.

How does a practice start?

With a short pilot under a written agreement: we connect to your EHR, train your team, agree the emergency pathway, then switch on home monitoring for the patients your physicians choose.

How do doctors join?

Apply with your NPI and state licences. Credentials are checked before you can see patients.

Is it an emergency service?

No. In an emergency, call 911.

Who can see patient information?

Only the care team of the patient’s own practice. AB2BC staff cannot, and patient information is never sold.
