For patients

Join with the code from your practice and choose the state you live in.
Add readings — top and bottom numbers, pulse and any symptoms.
Get a clear next step — saved; your care team will review; re-measure and call; or call 911 now.

Credentials are checked — the national registry, the federal exclusion list and each state board.
