How AB2BC Healthcare works
US practices already run on electronic health records, e-prescribing and billing systems. AB2BC plugs into them instead of replacing them, and adds what a busy practice rarely has time for: follow-up between visits.

What is included
Home blood-pressure monitoring
Patients send readings from home. Each reading gets a clear next step, and readings outside the range their doctor set go to the care team.
A care team between visits
Nurses review alerts, call patients and log the time, so the practice can see who needs attention and what was done.
Private video and phone visits
Patients join from their phone after a short consent. Visits are not recorded, and patients can ask for a time that suits them.
Care plans and follow-up
Goals, review dates, lab orders and referrals stay on a list until someone closes them — nothing quietly falls through.
Clear prices
Self-pay price lists and Good Faith Estimates for patients, and cost-plus medicine prices through AB2BC Pharmacy partners.
Your language
The patient and care-team apps work in 25 languages, and a private assistant answers general questions — never doses or diagnoses.
Safety and privacy come first
- Every reading with warning symptoms tells the patient to call 911 and alerts the care team.
- Only the patient’s own practice care team can see their information; AB2BC staff cannot.
- Every clinical action is recorded in a tamper-evident log.
- Clinicians are credential-checked before they see anyone.
- We work with each practice under a written agreement before any patient information is shared, and we never sell it.
